Why I Started CenTex Payroll Solutions

CenTex Payroll Solutions was created to bring something that’s missing in the payroll industry: true service. After years as a Benefits Consultant, I watched employers switch providers based on empty promises from sales reps — promises that disappeared as soon as the contract was signed. Too often, businesses were left dealing with mistakes, call centers, and a lack of accountability. I knew there had to be a better way.

I’ve always had a service-first mentality, built on the belief that anything less than top-tier service is not enough. That mindset goes back to my time in the United States Marine Corps. Following 9/11, I was called to serve and deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Those experiences instilled in me a lifelong drive to serve others with integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Outside of business, I’m a family man first. Nothing means more to me than time with my wife and kids — whether that’s coaching on the field or volunteering as a Watch D.O.G. at their school. The same values I bring to my family and community are what I bring to my clients: commitment, consistency, and care.

I founded CenTex Payroll Solutions to combine that service-driven mindset with powerful payroll technology.
